HCCJM - Our Mission

Inmates....Who cares? Christ does and so do we! Many people are inclined to abandon this segment of society because of their criminal actions. However, incarceration makes individuals keenely aware of their failures and the need to put their lives under the control of our all-wise and ever loving God. Our Mission is to be there with the Gospel by which men and women can be restored to society as productive, law-abiding citizens, committed to following Jesus Christ. New life in Christ is the only way to break the cycle of crime that returns 80% back to incarceration.

" I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me...The King will reply, I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Matthew 25:36, 40
